Sarangyan Nasi Lemak Sambal
Breakfast is typically served with Nasi Lemak Sambal. In Nasi Lemak, the major ingredient is sambal, which is the main flavour of the meal.
Saranyan are now sold at convenience shops and supermarkets. Nasi Lemak is traditionally served covered in banana leaves. It is generally sold early in the morning at roadside booths on Malaysian streets. Its main components are sambal, dried anchovies, peanuts, and eggs. As sambal is the most essential component of the meal, Sarangyan Nasi Lemak Sambal is made using the finest fresh shrimp paste and chilli. It is ready to eat as well.

How to cook:
1. Shake well before use
2. Serve on the side with coconut milk rice (nasi lemak) and deep fried anchovies, peanuts, cucumber and hard boiled egg.
